CONDITIONS OF SALE
- The booking time slot does not guarantee departure at the chosen time as the service may be subject to delays due to external and unpredictable factors. The service is however guaranteed.
- Please pay close attention when choosing the date and time since no changes can be made in the event of a mistake.
- "Pedestrian" ticket holders must arrive maximum 10 minutes before the start of the time period booked in order to check-in. ATF Malcesine Monte Baldo staff will provide the necessary information on how to board.
- “Mountain Bike” ticket holders must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the booking to check in. ATF Malcesine - Monte Baldo staff will provide all the information necessary for boarding.
- Online “Mountain Bike”, “Paragliding” and “Paragliding Passenger” tickets are valid only for the one-way trip from Malcesine to Monte Baldo.
- The online ticket purchased as follows is valid for one day (outward and return journeys must be made on the same day).
- All free tickets (disabled and children under 1.20m) are only issued at the ticket booths at the various stations.
- No refunds will be made for inclement weather, delays, or the inability to use the purchase ticket.
- Return-only tickets can only be purchased at the top station.
